The absolute worst. I wouldn't even send an enemy here for a Bandaid. I made appt w/ a specific necessary Dr. I had to wait over a month. They send in a different non-Dr who has not read my file. I have to teach her 7 yrs of my med history. She repeatedly says they'll send trtmnt options for the long-term via MyChart. Nurse insists, no follow up. (won't I need a follow up before my next period? nope) 1 wk later I have to beg for the promised MyChart msg w/ trtmnt options. They lie & say they never promised that. I finally get a trtmnt list, and select a medicine. I ask for it & get ignored. When my period returns, I contact them in too much pain to talk, desperate for the meds. They send an Rx. 1 month later during an extended holiday wknd I find out they gave no refills. Soo much pain. no alternative meds. I call 12 times/ locations. They pass me to other Depts, repeatedly deny even the existence of the Dr & providers, pass call again, drop my call, talk over me,... etc. Next they claim Dr already called. But my phone never rang, nothing in call log. So I provide my other phone #, and Pharmacy phone & Address. Pharmacy & I never get the Rx, cause the Drs are too lazy to help du

Very disappointed with my experience. The lip filler was injected unevenly and now my lips look crooked and asymmetrical. This is not the result I expected at all. I trusted them to do a professional job, but unfortunately the outcome looks unnatural. I really hope they take responsibility and fix this issue.

I visited UCI Health Family Center in Santa Ana and overall had a very positive experience. The doctor was truly amazing—professional, caring, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The medical service itself was excellent and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. However, the wait time at the laboratory was quite long, and unfortunately the receptionist there was not very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the quality of care from the doctor and the overall medical service was outstanding, and that really made the visit worthwhile.

I actually had a great first time experience at UCI considering their reviews. I seen Dr. Florence Yuan, who took her time to assess me without feeling rushed. I like that she was proactive in my health and offered her advice, asked many questions about past medical history, and overall was just a great experience. Many doctors now days rush you out & don’t even bother to assess you with in depth questions. I also did some blood work, which is great that it’s all in one facility. I hope to have more great experiences here, thank you Uci

I was seeing other OB’s here which were all very nice.They tried assigning me to Melissa Lopez I declined she was very rude to me and judgemental both times I saw her. I had severe preclampsia during my pregnancy and kept telling her I didn’t feel good and felt like I couldn’t wait anymore until my delivery felt like I needed to have the baby. She just kept saying “you’re fine” “nothing is wrong with you” ! My blood pressure kept rising my hands were getting swollen my head was hurting really bad I couldn’t walk anymore, vision was blurry etc. I didn’t feel good I kept messaging on my chart and calling the emergency line they just brushed me off and said it was “normal”. I had asked to be taken out of work and put on disability because I physically was fainting and couldn’t walk anymore bc of my preclampsia and constant vomiting they didn’t care. Melissa Lopez said over and over I was fine. She said I needed to wait until I was due to have my baby… I went to the emergency room at Saint Joseph’s hospital in Orange and the Dr and nurses both were concerned and admitted me I was in and out of there for 2 weeks. They were monitoring my baby bc of my severe preclampsia which they had di
